According to the PM Kisan website, “Deadline of eKYC for all the PMKISAN beneficiaries has been extended till 31st July 2022.”

If you are one of the beneficiaries who have not received the amount yet, then it could be because of the below mentioned points.

Document mismatch

If there is a difference in name or a mismatch in your name you have entered in the PM Kisan application form and say your Aadhaar. Correct your name and spelling in such cases, and make sure there are no discrepancies.

Address updation

If there is a mismatch in the address you have provided while applying and your Aadhaar, then make sure to update the same address in documents.

Aadhaar details

If you have entered the wrong Aadhaar details, the instalment amount could be held back for this reason.

Incomplete e-KYC

A failed e-KYC might also impede the transfer of PM Kisan Nidhi funds. The deadline for completing your e-KYC has been extended from May 31 to July 31.

Fake farmer

There are many beneficiaries who are not eligible and still avail of the benefits, such people will come under scrutiny. The Bihar government has made preparations to recover amounts from such beneficiaries. Such farmers will have to return the received amount.

How to check if PM KISAN 11th installment is credited online

Step 1: Visit PM Kisan official website – https://pmkisan.gov.in/

Step 2: Click on ‘Beneficiary status’ tab in right corner of the page

Step 3: Enter Aadhaar number or account number

Step 4: Click on ‘Get data’ tab

Details of the status will be displayed depending on the beneficiary. Also, to receive the amount, your name should be in the beneficiary list.

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Scheme is a Central Sector Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Scheme that provides financial assistance of Rs 6000 per annum to all landholding farmer families across the country, subject to certain exclusion criteria relating to higher income strata, to help them meet expenses related to agriculture and allied activities as well as domestic needs. The money is transferred into the bank accounts of the farmers identified by the state/UT governments in three four-monthly instalments of Rs 2000/- each.

Also according to the PM Kisa FAQs, “If a farmer registered under the Scheme does not receive any installment in any 4-monthly period for any reason, whether he / she will be able to receive the same later on? Yes. The beneficiaries, whose names are uploaded on PM-Kisan portal by the concerned State / UT Governments in a particular 4-monthly period, shall be entitled to receive the benefit for that period with effect from that 4-monthly period itself. lf they do not receive the payment of installment pertaining to that 4-monthly period and subsequent installments for any reason, except due to rejection for falling within the exclusion criteria, they are entitled to receive the benefits of all the due installments as and when the cause of delay is removed / resolved.”
